Andrew Moore is an education strategist and digital learning specialist with more than two decades of experience in international education development.

Andrew has worked with UNESCO, the World Bank, the Commonwealth of Learning, regional education bodies, and multiple Ministries of Education across Africa. He contributed to UNESCO’s ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (CFT v3) and has led national teacher competency and digital learning initiatives.

He holds a Master of Education in Computer-Assisted Education (University of Pretoria) and a Master of Arts in History (University of Natal).
At the core of his work is a belief that sustainable reform grows from collaboration, local expertise, and context-sensitive innovation.

Andrew has worked thought out the developing world and is based in Hermanus, South Africa.
